Sexual reproduction is more important because it makes variations in off spring and it is very important for existence of certain microbes(fungi) because under unfavorable condition they do sexual reproduction nd make spores which remain alive. nd when unfavorable condition pass they simply carry on with asexual reproduction . But s.reproduction take more energy and time in comparison to asexual.
