Pollen grain is gametophyte…in which gametes are formed…pollen grain in formed within microsporangium i.e. anther…anther have 4 microsporangia…which develops in pollen grain…..the more technical term for this question will be- within microsporangium i.e.anther and within 4 microsporangia…collectively called as pollen chamber….one word answer should be ANTHER…. 🙂
