Soak a piece of cloth with oil. Now try to clean it with plain water. Almost impossible? Now apply soap on it. Oil will form into tiny droplets and come out. Same in case of bile. It chelates the fatty foods into tiny droplets thereby increasing the surface area tremendously, giving ample scope to pancreatic and intestinal enzymes to act

Bile juice play a major role in digestive system it cannot have any digestive enzyme but it can go to pancreas and activates pancreatic enzymes.
